Jessica Woods, DTR, CLS; Registered Diet Technician, Certified Lactation Specialist is a working mom of 3. She has been working with Marion Public Health WIC program since graduating from The Ohio State University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Dietetics.
During this session, Woods will explore how to make cooking at home a snap. Topics covered will include: Why cooking is better for your health, schedule, and wallet, Ways to cook healthy, low-calorie meals, How to stock your kitchen to make home cooking easy as pie, & Quick meal ideas. Start your New Year’s Resolution to be a healthier you out right by joining us for this educational event
The monthly luncheon is held at META Solutions (formerly TRECA), 100 Executive Drive, Marion. Your reservation MUST be received by January 6th!
