Women’s health is unique. We face many different types of health concerns, and often don’t take the time we need to explore possible options for ourselves. Set for Monday, February 12, 11:30 a.m., Dr. Coleen Denton will be the featured speaker of the Marion Women’s Business Council’s February program focusing on Women’s Wellness.
Specializing in Acupuncture, Nutrition and Chiropractic, Denton is a state licensed Chiropractic Acupuncturist who will give an overview of natural, drug-free options that are available as a standalone or to enhance your current treatment. Bring your questions as she will also lead an open question and answer session.
Practicing since 2009, Denton holds a number of degrees including a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, and Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies, as well nearly 500 hours in post graduate continuing education. Denton is a member of the State of Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Disability Evaluators Panel and is a State of Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Certified Provider. She also belongs to the American Chiropractic Association, Ohio State Chiropractic Association, National University of Health Sciences Alumni Association, Council of Chiropractic Acupuncture, and the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncturists.
Reservations for this event must be received by Wednesday, February 7. They can be made by sending an email to mrn.wbc@gmail.com or by calling Sherry Goodman, Membership Co-Chair, at 740-751-6950.
